the pigtail comes with 3 wires, you would run one wire to switched 12v that powers the sensor, one wire to ground. Now the last wire left which would be a white wire with a pin routes to pin 40 on your ecm. Now all your tuner would have to do is make sure the sensor is monitoring the alcohol content in the fuel and turn on the e85 fuel tables in the tune to tune for e85.
All the other kits are plug in play in the sense that they connect the 12v and ground to an existing plug but you would still have to connect pin 40 on the ecm with the white wire.
