$25,000 off new Z/28...

Not sure if this can be verified but what a great deal if someone wants one...

Couple new ones still left. $50-55k is the buy range for a few of them.

I picked mine up for 55k. They are still some available out there from 50-55k for sure. Once the dealer hits the 2 year mark of having the car they have to officially buy it from GM, so they have dropped the price on these dramatically lately. Its easier for them to pay 10k to GM instead of 65k.

Nice, can't imagine the pain the previous owner experienced.

Took me 3 days to get my account approved.
I can verify at the time of this threads creation there were at least
2 NEW 2015 Z28 still in dealer inventory and yes they are 26,000 back of sticker.

I bought one. It is not in my possession. I bought it site unseen from a dealer 6 hours away.
I will be picking it up after Christmas. Deal is finished... just have to pick it up.

Final purchase price after trade in, rebates and two days of phone calls is $41,000. The car shows
being sold for $50,000 but I was given $9,000 extra for my trade in. Book on my truck is
$25,000 and he gave me $34,000. This isn't a trick. My truck is only worth $25,000. It's a 2015 Silverado
that had a sticker price of $36,000. After rebates the truck was not $34,000 new.

Yesterday a used 2015 Z28 with 800 miles sold for $46,500. Turns out I was able to get a
new one for less then trade in value on a used one.

I am super excited. I tried to buy the car in 2015 and they wanted $80,000 ish for it.
This time waiting paid off.

So does the dealer you bought that one from have another or the other one is at a different dealer?

The other one I know of is a different dealer. There my be more. I stopped inquiring about them when I found the one I wanted 350 miles away. I went to chevrolet.com opened a chat and asked them to find me one. Few minutes later I had a phone number and web url.

The dealer I got mine from never should have had the car. It is a very small dealing in the middle of no where who sells trucks and pretty much only trucks. He dealer traded for the car and hates being stuck with it. He needed it gone and is taking loss just to get it gone. He is paying way to much for my truck because he is a truck dealer and says he has a buyer already. My truck is kinda rare. I basically ordered it. Its a fully loaded regular cab. Most regular cabs are work trucks or LT's.

Basically everything came together for a once in a life time deal. Car would have cost more if it were cash only. I am upside down in my truck so its helping me out there as well.

Got mine for Mid $50s back in Oct.

There are 3 (Grey, White, and Red) still sitting on the Friendly Chevrolet lot near downtown Dallas. They are a BIG dealership, all 3 are still listed for $69K I believe.. Bet they will Wheel/deal. I took my original test drive there and headed out to Greenville, TX to pull the trigger on mine. It was already marked down and had spent most of it's 2 years of life on the showroom floor.

I tried to buy the grey one from them in October - they would not budget below $63k - they offered me a black 2014 with 110 miles on it for $53k, with CPO - they sold to themselves, so it was never titled.

Ended up with grey 2015 from LA for $53k, 20 miles, brand new. Buddy picked up a white on same week in KS for same price, his a 2015 with 19 miles. We both love them, lot of car for the money!

I got mine for $53395 in March '16, and paid an additional $1600 for a 7 year 70,000 mile premium GMAC warranty. As long as theres a warranty, mine stays bone stock.
Sounds like you got a great deal. In March I was pretty sure I got the best deal that had ben had up until that point. Great gift for Christmas .... enjoy..its a barn burner of a car.
