Chevy would not do a true adrenaline red like the corvette until they made the commemorative edition the stupidos...........As yes many of us would have liked a red interior and most likely eventually will change to it when the stock leather gets more trashy. I will most likely get one from like leatherseats.com or something. I was a auto upholsterer when I was a teen btw.

Read #16 above. NO red with the IO interior is rare. There were many black and
Inferno orange and summit white 5th Gens ordered with the IO interior but
not red. The OP's gray with the IO interior is also rare and along with a red
exterior, I have never seen either one in person after 8 years but I bet there
are a few out there.

No rash that's bug guts from daily driving, however the lower valance was broken the 3rd day I had the car via a freaking opossum couldn't go around him due to oncoming traffic so took one for the team....

When ordering a car (for a fee) Chevy will let you custom order interior color. My original owner of my 2013 LT1 was able to 1. get leather & 2. whole interior in creamy beige. The unusual color interior sold me on car. Haven't seen another Camaro in a solid color other than black.

you can get custom leather in any car. Its aftermarket. the dealer calls a katzkin installer to have it done.

I don't have the invoice, I'm the second owner. The creamy beige color was a seat insert color, as well as red, orange.. My original owner obviously insisted the seats would be entirely the insert color, for a fee of course. My dealer brochure shows the color as an insert option for seating.

is there any other tags but the Airbag tags. GM didnt make them. they are aftermarket dealer installed.

Yes, there were only certain colors they would build with IO seats and red was definitely not one of them for obvious reasons.

Cyber Gray however was an awesome combo and I regretted not getting it on mine after seeing a few of them like this.

Online catalog fellas: Scroll down you'll see the beige leather inserts that were a factory option for 2LT. That's why I say mine is 1.5 LT. The owner requested to upgrade the seats to a single color. The same color leather is on the doors & crosses the dash as the plastic color strip goes.

Yep, and when the seats are "requested" to be upgraded, they use Katzkin seat covers. You can buy them direct from Chevy, and have it as a dealer installed option, they also cover the door and dash panels with a matching leather.

You can tell, at a quick glance, that it was not factory installed. All Camaro's with leather interior also have leather arm rests, and center console cover.

If it were the factory the sides and backs of the seats would be black and your inserts would be beige, also your door and dash panels would be painted, not leather.
