Honestly, headers no cats sounds crazy with the NPP valve left open. Doesnt seem worth changing the back half when you get so much value from just adding headers.

Yep, like I said in your other thread...

Headers + No Cats + The stock exhaust (NPP) sounds great, changing no cats to high flow cats tames the sound a bit.

If you want a different sound than the NPP has which is naturally a bit high pitched I think, you CAN buy a cat-back system from a few companies, but I would highly highly recommend Corsa's ZL1 system, it's around 1300$. Look up some YouTube videos of it.

You're best off to buy the Headers and no Cats first, see how you like it, and if you feel like you need a different system, then go for the Corsa.

I had a muffler shop cut off the mufflers and fabricate two exhaust tips, splicing one into the other so it looks like stock, using stock hangers, for $400. It sounds really good to my ears. And to go back to original would be easee/peeze.

I would have to agree with the others, I have kooks long tubes with high flow cats option and it sounds great with the stock NPP exhaust. I've looked into getting a catback and Corsa is the name most mention to me but I decided to put the money elsewhere and stick with the stock exhaust for now.

Stainless Works all the way I got the full exhaust with high flow cats. Don't regret it at all. But I'm going catless soon anyways just to be louder and to prevent my cats from melting and destroying my engine.

Here's a video I made showing off the exhaust: https://youtu.be/ts8QTltPJ6c

I went with the Dynatech and high flows and added a DIY Mild to Wild for the NPP. I leave it wide open 90% of the time, if you want a little quieter, just force the flaps closed.

Sounds great.

I have corsa on mine z and honestly even the cops love the sound of the car. YouTube will give a good idea but it's nothing like being in person
