I am hoping, that is partly why I changed rear wheel and tire. When I bought the set it came with Hoosier slicks on the back. I would like to put a M&H on the back so I can still say the car can run that fast on a street setup and street legal.

So I will at least try out the slick a few times

Awesome car, awesome goal! Do you have any idea what sort of IAT you are running while at track? If you don't have one, then I would consider adding a supercharger chiller setup in the trunk that pumps ice cold water through the supercharger during the run. If your IAT is too high it will pull timing from the car. Just something to consider my friend.

Wow, well that's great! I have an older style Maggie and the original supercharger cooler was extremely small and located under the hood. I really don't know what my previous IAT's were but I can only guess they were extremely hot. When I converted the AIS meth tank to a chiller it not only moved the cooling source (in trunk) away from the heat, but the system has one pump on the tank and a return pump on the outlet of the supercharger so the cooling flow is much greater than it use to be.

I just noticed you live in Fredericksburg. What a great town! The wife and I love visiting there. I have always wanted to take my Camaro and rumble down the main strip on a Saturday with the cut-outs open

Best of luck with your goals.
