https://www.carid.com/2010-chevy-cam...-75120471.html Pricey if you want them to install the half ring professionally at 500. You could just by the half rings for under 200 and do it all yourself. I personally have no experience taking apart my tail lights so I just pulled the trigger and had them do it. These are the 'plasma' set. |

Installed front slp replica splitter
Had it since black friday sale, got it for $105. It came bent and misshapen so I almost had it returned. Finally went for the install, reshaped using a hair dryer, sanded, primed, painted, and clear coated. Think it came out great for total cost of $140 for supplies. Looks real mean at the front, looki to do my wheels next.

Ooooh, that's nasty. Most would have returned that for sure. Good on you for sticking to it and getting it to look great on your car!

Haha thanks, yeah I really hate having to return things.Got close to doing so, then I did research and saw that being misshapened is common on poly urethane. Especially through the mail, just need heat and it formed back to original.

Drove it to the car wash and gave it a hose off. It's been sitting in my drive way mostly since the snow storm 2 Saturdays ago. Got pretty dirty just sitting there.

I just sat them in the sun and in a day they were back in shape. Of course that was during the summer in the south. With you being in FL you would have probably been able to do that as well. |
