Long tube headers
I have a 14 ss I plan on putting long tube headers on the car but before I do can some one refer me to a tuner in the ct/ma line?
Can I drive the car to the tuner with out messing something up after the headers are installed? I am expecting service engine light to come on?

Why not have Slowhawk install the header and tune it?

I would have Jannetty Racing do it and get a top notch tune at the same time.

another recommendation for slowhawk, they also get the same if not better pricing than the vendors on here offer as well for most parts.

We have a vast library of info from builds and should have no issues taking care of you. The beauty of the Mycal is as long as you stick with mods we support you do not have to keep going back to the local shop and rely on them to make changes for you each time costing you dollars. You are supported as long as you are the original owner of the device. This would allow you to perform you own labor as well as giving you options to run a tune before and after you add the parts! |

Another vote for Slowhawk here. They did the headers and tune for my son's SS and my Z28.

You can drive the car no problem after headers without a tune. Depending on brand of headers will dictate how long before engine light but that will have no affect on how it runs.
As said above, we do packages all the time for ARH headers, installed/tuned. Or we just do tuning. With our tuning it's street and dyno tuning, no extra parts to buy like handhelds ect. |
