My Christmas present to myself (thankful for understanding wife!!) finally happened. I picked up my 99 SS on Sunday. I am the original owner and all my mods are still there and in great shape. I sold it in 2010 in preparation for buying the ZL1 and regretted it ever since! Now it's back home where it belongs. It is of course in no way even close to the car the ZL1 is, but it marks an important time in my life. After my oldest daughter turned 21, I was finally able to buy myself a daily driver after having one minivan for the family for 21 years. This started my whole journey into the Camaro world, SLP, discussion boards and ultimately here.

This is NOT me of course. This is the last owner. Really nice guy but a MOPAR guy. LOL

The 73 is still being worked on. In fact it is a priority over the 99. I have the 99 mechanically ready to drive but it needs a good detailing. I will only do that if I have a lull in what I can do on the 73.

Rocker just needs to be epoxy primed inside and I can weld it on. Then I can weld the door jamb to the rocker and then weld the outer wheelhouse on since I have the quarter panel at least mocked up to be sure all those parts are in the right place.

Just got my ARH headers back from being ceramic coated - came out looking like chrome! Had them done by M&R coatings in TN. - cheaper than most other plating companies and did an awesome job to boot!
