Cleaning Pads "on-the-fly"...

For microfiber pads the preferred method is compressed air.
If compressed air is not available I've had good results with a dry "Bug Scrubber sponge"

For foam pads I like using a Polishing Pad Cleaning Brush.
Run the Pad Cleaning Brush across your pad on a low setting to remove polish & paint residue.
