I need info on registering in Utah. - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hi Guy's, i live in Calif and am going to Utah in March to have Jordan (JDP)do my Cam, headers, cat's, tune and throttle body. As there is no way i will be able to smog here in Calif, i will be registering my car in Utah, but i dont have to worry about smoging here for 2 more years . My son lives there so i will just use him. Now my question is this, looking into the future will there be or are any in the restrictions in the works, if so then wondering if i should register it before Jordan does the mods?
