Glad you got it fixed. Also glad you didnt start 'demanding' things (its counter productive). The mechanics and techs are human too.....they have set parameters to work within. Just like you and I....sometimes its process of elimination.

That's just it ! I know sh*t happens !! I just wanted it fixed. They were patient with me thank God ..I can be a little difficult at times .. lol And in the end it got fixed !
