I hope they build it... they need a competitor for the GT500 and SRT8 (not really the SRT8 since the SS already can kick its ***) haha

If I worked for GM marketing.....Release the z28 in 2012 to celebrate the 45th Birthday of the Camaro....and sell it for $45k

But i would still go Z/28 even at that, i mean its true if you modify the Z it will depreciate, but how many people modify GT500s? It just doesnt happen, you're already on top of the mountain there's no reason for improvement, lol

Sigh, I would hate to see the mark up for the z28 here in hawaii. Already any new camaro here has a 15k markup over msrp. Its a shame I can buy a corvette for cheaper than a new camaro.

WOOO! DANM IT DOES MAKE ME WANT TO HOLD OUT!!

But I wont... I think I will wait for the craziness to die down. Maybe further down the line but I feel 426hp is nothing to shake a stick at. This new Z28 might be alot better then an SS but I dont think it will by a huge margin. And if they say the price will stear clear of the Corvette it kinda makes you wonder if its going to be starting at $49K which may very well be the case. Options should include a carbon fiber hood, and spoiler etc.

I am sure looking foward to the first mules. Its like the fire just got reignited !
