Maybe that's true to some extent but the VTC has zero lag in my opinion at it's highest setting. Lots of guys say they drive it dialed all the way up all the time but in reality it can be almost dangerous in some situations. The response is so immediate that you could easily rear end someone in bumper to bumper traffic. Yet when dialed back to the lower economy settings it can help you out when you just want to feather it lightly. Another user commented how it helped out in slippery winter weather. I really find mine useful when I want to put it up on ramps, you don't have to be super careful on the gas pedal. Get one, you won't be disappointed, there's no substitute to fine tune your response like that

2 LED strips per side throws a lot of light
What did you tie the under dash lights into?

The dome light power wire is available in two areas... under the steering wheel on the driver's side, and also on the passenger side by removing the side panel of the dash. That's where I tapped into for mine, and it was very easy. The LED's will turn on and off with the dome light, and also fade like the dome light as well. Phastek's site has installation instructions that you can download.

Built a New Center console control panel. to control new line locks, under hood lights as well as other mods. I feel it really brought the center together. Was a tough fabrication for me but pretty happy with the result.

Nice job! I can't give up my cup holders though..
That's where my phone and vaporizer and phone sit

I had to get rid of it. my gf keeps putting water bottles there and it would get in the way of shifting!

That looks excellent, I never did care for the cupholders, thinking about doing the same to mine. Did you fab the plate yourself ? Oh and what's up with the notch in the bottom?

Yes I cut it out of a 1/4" Plexiglas sheet. then painted the back after taping off the borders. My hope was the light would leak through the rim a bit. The notch in the bottom is so that you can get the console lid open easy. The plate makes the gap between the handle for it pretty small so having that notch is a big help.

Installed a Gen5DIY harness that turns my factory halos on when the car is on, and keeps the DRL lights on when the headlights are on dim.
