Could there be any way the timing chain slipped and the cam timing is off on that bank?

Nah, it helps if you tighten all the AN fittings that go to the meth nozzles. None of them were tightened, so big screw up by me.

Had multiple vacuum leaks that I had to take care of. One was where I added a 1/8th NPT to 1/4" hose barb fitting so the Tial BOV can have its own vacuum line like they recommended. At least there was no major leaks and only a little bit of smoke from where some oil was on the headers.

If you ever wonder if Royal Purple Ice works for engine coolant, it does. With no changes to the tune but the coolant drained and replaced with 100% dexcool the engine coolant temp was over 30 degrees higher than my mix with 1 bottle of RP Ice. I have a bottle added now so it shouldn't heat up that high now.

Finally fixed all the leaks, the entire meth system had to be tightened up. Going to start it up again today and take her around the neighborhood to see how she reacts under load. See if I can drive her to work tomorrow.

Tried to start it up and bank 1 was completely lean, car was misfiring on those cylinders. I pulled the valve covers off and the camshaft position actuators were still in their correct positions (10 chain links between marks). The valves were being operated in the correct sequence.

Car was running with bank 1 running 10% leaner than bank 2, gave it some gas to 1300 RPM and bank 1 started running 40% leaner thank bank 2. Now when I start it up bank 1 is running 30% or more leaner than bank 2. Boost leak tester shows there are zero boost leaks in the intake manifold, so don't know if it is just showing up under vacuum. I changed the dirty side PCV barb to a 1/4" NPT to -6 AN fitting and ran the line, even if that line was supplying too much vacuum it should still show up on all cylinders, not just bank 1.

Going to try running 2 intake manifold gaskets, see if the meth lines are pushing the manifold over or something causing it not to get a full seal on that side. Only other thing would be when I revved it the exhaust cam moved 40 degrees and it slapped the piston, but it shouldn't have since the lift was not increased.

thank you, now if I could just get them to call me back. I need an offset for my procharger and they don't list different collar sizes.

Did a compression test yesterday on the engine while it was cold. I had 160 PSI on all the cylinders on bank 1. Bank 2 the back 2 cylinders had problems but it wasn't severe, I know those piston rings need help sealing with a high vacuum on them. The valves are not bent which is the good news. I've been talking to MACE engineering about the problem and we think we know what caused the issues but I need to get to try to start the engine again. Going to try again this weekend.

I'm having no luck now, all cylinders on bank 2 are misfiring. Trying to nail down what is wrong but looks like I will need to tear down the engine again.

Well, I started the car after making some tuning changes and swapping the bank 2 exhaust cam actuator, it idled perfect for 1 minute and 20 seconds. Then it started to move the cams for a self-check and bank 1 intake cam actuator (the place I put the old bank 2 exhaust cam actuator at) went to 49 degrees advanced and the engine started loping hard. The cam never got off that position and after 5 seconds just reported that intake cam at zero degrees, like that was the new learned position.

I have a nice log of it, when the electrical current was turned off for all the cam actuators the cams all returned to zero while bank 1 intake kept climbing and climbing till it maxed out. At that point bank 1 was 10% richer than bank 2. It was idling fine with no misfires, but the entire car was rocking.
