Got my stripes installed yesterday.

Today I installed a set of Kooks headers I bought off here. The cats that came with it were melted out from a TT setup so I ordered a new set from Kooks. When they arrived today I realized the connection between headers and cats was different between the two. So tomorrow i will cut the end off the old cats and weld it onto the new cats to make them fit.

i had a well known shop in Houston quote me 7 hours to install the headers. I thought that was ridiculous. I installed them by myself, on a set of 7" tall ramps, using nothing but hand tools in 2.5 hours.

I switch between my 93Z28 and my 2012 SS (wife drives the Tahoe mainly) and I would go into straight up DTs having to store either one for the winter

Finally got rid of my Perellli tires and got Continentals installed. What a difference! The car handles better and drives effortlessly. I wish I had made the change when I first got the car rather than waiting for 20k miles and for them to wear out to a point of being close to dangerous.

Stainless power headers ceramic coated with high flow cats going through solo mach xl. New plugs wires and heat socks with a tune from dynosteve.

All in all great use of my 4 hour vacation.

Yeah, I have a friend who is insured through Geico, and he has a dongle in his OBDII port that monitors his driving for them. If he takes off a little quickly from a stop light, it buzzes at him.

Got my hi-flow cats modified today and connected to the kooks headers. Car sounds a lot meaner now. Haven't had a chance to put it on the highway yet. Maybe this evening.

Carbon Fiber Vinyl Spoiler on 2013 LT

Made a video on how to wrap the spoiler on a camaro in vinyl with it still on the car! Carbon Fiber wrap I got from eBay!
