A Fleetrunner HD 10 rib stretches way less than a 6 rib, which reduces the risk of unloading the tensioner when running a traditional belt routing. You are better off having the JRE tensioner, however, as you may start to see issues with the belt slipping at the crank pulley.
I just want 10lbs. Will the 3.2 get time to 600?

Should get you close, auto or manual? With a stock cam and no O.D. on the rear, a 3.4 would do about 10 psi, slightly less with long tubes. I did 545 through manifolds/gutted cats with a 3.6 @8psi.

I'm manual. CAI intake, long tube headers. I have a 3.4 pulley but I seen someone say you lose 2 lbs with headers? So the 3.4 would put me at 8 lbs? Correct?

I lost less than 1lb with my headers. But that was my particular setup, there are other variables, like I already had a ported lower manifold which dropped my boost .5psi or so. You would be surprised at the variation, 2 psi is a ballpark, I typically see 1-1.5 psi loss. My boost loss numbers came directly from the MAP sensor, my boost gauge looked more like 2 psi. I would just try to make sure you don't overshoot 10psi. It may live quite a while above 10psi, or you may lift the head like I did with stock head bolts and gaskets.

I'm going to go ahead and just do the 3.4 since I already have it. If I need more I'll wait for a 102 tb/ snout. Did you port your stock lower manifold? Or which one is it?

Has anyone sprayed a dry shot and used the computer to add fuel?

That is where I would start, with the 3.4. Any smaller, I would look at going OD cog on the rear before even going 102 on the TB.
We offer the lower manifolds CNC ported on a core exchange basis to save money, like we do with the snouts. We have 3 cores on hand, but are a little behind on porting them, new machines and software require reprogramming.

Many upgrades available, we do a lot of them. I have been a Magnacharger installer since the early 2000s. All depends on goal, setup, and budget.
