It seems like you are trying to justify the trade by listing all of the issues you are currently having with your 2011. However, to be honest those issues are very minor and basically maintenance items on a car with 48K miles.
If you get right to it, you want the newer car because it has lower miles, 11K miles vesus 48K with less road rash and perhaps, just perhaps, you like the styling update they did in '14-'15. |

If you want to trade up...sell private party, that extra $4-$5k would be well worth the pain to do so, and then your additional out of pocket is half as much.
Take a look at autotrader and cars.com to see what a similar bumblebee has for asking prices. For example, KBB/edmunds retail private party on my car is $20-21k. It doesnt take into account the color desirability - If I look at the average asking price on synergy green SS within 500 miles of me, it is $26.5 - that is a lot of additional cash in your pocket.

I'd keep it. 48k miles is nothin. It's paid off and all yours. If you want to trade up, buy outside of your area and sell yours locally. Here in SA I paid $23k for a 13 SS dusk edition with 25k miles and thought it was a great deal. I've seen better deals elsewhere.

Even if you get $19k, how quickly do you to save $3k in your day job, if you were to trade in and lose that $3k? Since you are debating on $11k, I am guesing that $3k is still pretty substantial to you. The patience would pay off, and is a relatively simple process since you have the car paid off/title in hand.

I can never remember a Camaro holding it's value like this on any of the previous generations (not including some crazy gen I/II prices). My 7/8 year old SS with over 60,000 miles was still holding strong at nearly $20,000 when I bought her. That is not bad at all, at least compared to other cars. I mean it's not Corvette like levels of value, but still impressive for a Camaro. So if you keep your '11 in great shape and maintain it properly, it will hold value very well, assuming the used car market and economy doesn't tank. That said, in the short term I would take a little of that cash and do some maintenance on your car. You will feel better and your car will love you for it!

2 years = 8.5k depreciation (for me) I appreciate all the feedback, im still on the fence, but it helps hearing what the better routes are.

Don't get mad but you overpaid by $2-3k. A lot of people did. I don't see your value falling much in the next year or 2. It's a bumblebee.

$26K @ 0% interest is exactly what I owe on my 15 SS.
I've got 8K miles on the car. I bought it new. So the dealer isn't too far off on the price |

I wouldn't trade in mine but that's because I like the retro muscle car front end on mine and the retro interior. I don't like the mylink neither
