Do you have somewhere to store it? Use your suv and rebuild the Camaro when you have the cash.

I wouldn't do it. It seems like you will constantly be dumping money and chasing problems with this car. Sell it as a project car to someone and cut your losses. It sucks and you got screwed on the deal but it's better than losing more and more money as problems continue to come up. Once you commit to this engine, be honest with yourself where would you draw the line? Will you keep saying "this has to be the last problem, if I just fix this part nothing else can possible go wrong" then something else will go wrong.

Yeah i already put a lot of money in it. i dont think i can sell without a engine it..

so far the only option is putting a engine in possibly a remanufactured one with atleast a year warranty.. i have a few buyers after i put in a engine..

Why not just replace the rod bearing? That's got to be cheaper than getting a used unknown LLT from somewhere.

i suspect there might be more damage internally and then again i dont want to risk it dieing on me again, cant afford to spend out of pocket for this...again. there might damage to the block or etc.

A rebuilt or used one comes with warranty so i would be at some ease, now just have to find one, preferring a remanufactured one.

I don't know how much money you are wanting to spend, but my buddy has picked up several work vans with iron block 6.0's Most of which had relatively lower mileage.
His last van had an LQ9 and transmission, all required wiring and he spent 980 at auction for it. I think he ended up breaking even as he parts out the rest of the vehicle too.
Just a thought for you to check public allowed insurance auctions. You might find a decent car that is totaled on the rear end but motor is fine. Just a thought of course .

Yeah I did couldn't find anything like that... tearing down my old one soon will post findings and pictures...
I have started the car to move it to the garage and started up rattling, rattle went down at idle but I don't to risk it throwing a rod through the block so didn't keep it started for long

Upon draining fluids, the oil was silver .... like had Almunium in it. Still yet have to take apart the oil pan.
Picture doesn't show it good enough

I know that doesn't fix your cash issues but fix it right or you are sure to pay the price later.... or sell it as a roller for a loss.
That's what I am planning now getting a short block from gm to swap.
