Front bumper aero piece coming off..

I've seen threads about this before but for the life of me I can't find any or figure out exactly what these things are called. It is the black plastic pieces that go on the FRONT of the front wheels connected to the front bumper.

The drivers side one seems to be pulling away from the bumper and I'm curious how they are held on and how I might be able to get this thing back to where it should be. It's been this way for a while apparently but I just last night compared it to the passenger side one to really see the difference...

I absolutely HATE the design of that piece you are talking about, little rocks and sand get between it and the body and slowly start forcing it away and making a gap, I have to take my air hose and blow into the crack in an upward direction whole pulling it away to loosen the rocks.

Its a air deflector to push the air over/around the tire. They are about 65 bucks each!!! Find some good 2 sided tape and clean the inside where it attaches real good with alcohol and use very small clamp to hold it in place for a few hours also don't do it if its too cold!!!

So it's just double sided tape holding it in place?

No.
In addition, each deflector is held in with 2 rivets and 1 bolt.
(See items 8 and 11 in the diagram you posted)

I do not remember any rivets or bolts when i installed mine... i did use some double sided 3m automotive tape... new ones come with same tape on them... there are 2-3 bolts that hold the inner fender liner and help keep them on...

No rivets just bolts/body screws.

So I guess I should clarify... The TOP part of the item is held on only with double sided tape?

A strip of tape runs the length of it.

Just so you all know, my reply was entirely based on what I saw on Page 3-132 in the 2014 Camaro Helm Service Manual - which doesn't necessarily mean that the the manual is 100% correct:

I believe you... they just were not present on my vehicle... just had 3 torx screws for the 3 holes pictured on the vertical portion of the part, and the tape...

The upper portion of my aero bit is also coming off a bit... i do wish there was a way
To secure it down

When I used the 2010 Helm Service Manuals for my 2010 Camaro, there were several errors within the drive line sections...

My front deflectors are also pulling away at the top.
