Wrap around ralley stripes?

Wrap around rally stripes or not? My car should be going to status 2000 tomorrow so I am trying to make a final decision on how to paint the stripes. I really like the avatar I am using but it never hurts to get some outside opinions! BTW, I'm having my bodyshop do the work (Lundquist Automotive) because I've seen the kind of attention to detail they provide and I completely trust them. My ride will be a Summit White 2SS/RS with the Mdinite Silver wheels and the Gray interior. I want the stripe in the same color as my 2007 Avalanche..Bermuda Blue Metallic. So...what do y'all think?

That avalanche in the picture despite the fancy name of the color looks teal to me and i don't think that color stripes would look good on a white camaro but thats just my opinion. If you go full length stripe please taper them down the nose and please leave them off the roof otherwise it will be a stripe too similiar to a mustang style.

Also if your just going to 2000 congrats but you will still have at least 6 to 8 weeks to decide more than likely.

If you like it, go for it! But since you asked for opinions...The stripes going all the way down the front don't look right to me. Reminds me of a kid who colored outside the lines. Plus it detracts from the look of the car itself---when I look at it, all I see are the stripes. This car is WAY to pretty to cover up. Stripes should be an accent to its natural beauty, not the "main focus". Again, that's just my opinion but you have to do what makes you happy!!

It's actually a really cool color and what I thought Aqua Blue Metallic might turn out to be. Basically it's a navy blue with a green flash, so the highlights turn green.

Might look cool, but I think it would be a bit too "chameleon-y" for my tastes.

since your asking opinions......I too don't care for the stripe color all that much, BUT since you are getting a white car.....get the ORANGE rally stripes. and don't go all the way down the front and back, but on the front, go to the front of the hood, as was done on the '69' and do the back the same.

Been talking with my bodyshop man and I think we found something a little better and more in line with the great looking lines of the Camaro! This of course is all due to the constant efforts of all the great members of this Camaro5 forum and all the resources I have to go through. I think I will like this much better, of course in my color scheme. Photo shop my colors anyone???

I'm not sure I captured the color correctly but I think it looks pretty badass. It's a unique color combination I haven't seen yet.

That looks damn cool. Im planning to get VR with black stripes like the 1st of the 3 pics (stripes that extend to the mailslot). I need to see what it looks like for a wrap around...

It looks good in the first picture..IMO. But it is your car-- and as long as you like it and it is what you want--- our opinion's don't matter too much! It is very unique!
