my 2011 has 9K on it and I thought that was low, seems like a good deal, would offer them 21 and see if they are willing to play ball.

The way to negotiate is that you make a reasonable offer then give them your phone number then walk away.
When they are ready to sell they will call. I bought my bone stock loaded 2SS/RS A6 with 20,000 km for $26,500 cnd just over 4 yrs ago. It helped that a friend owns a small car lot
