Here's a used Black 2015 no A/C car with only 15 miles for $47.5k in the St. Louis area. Simply amazing.

I wouldn't ignore any that you're interested in. The dealer I bought mine from had it at $69,919 on their website and I bought it for $50k last September with 57 miles. I was expecting them to come back with a ridiculous price when I first inquired and they surprised me. So I had to buy it!

There is a MASSIVE misunderstanding between what dealers advertise and what exchanges hands behind closed doors. Since comps aren't public like real estate, I can tell you nothing gets sold at MSRP, advertising or even NADA, ever. With an MSRP of $75k, dealers are waiting for that schmuck who won the lottery to pay their ridiculous pricing model. Most will sell for far less, make an offer if you like the vehicle. Worst they can tell you is No.

Same for me - the dealer I bought mine from had it at full MSRP on Autotrader, but in one of the photos the car had on the windshield $15,000 off MSRP. So I inquired and they called they said MSRP - i pointed out the photo and they said oh - well what would you pay I said $53,000 - new car 20 miles on it. They said let us ask Mgr. 10 min later the dealer GM called me and asked on pricing I pointed out a few others available for less in other colors, but I wanted AGM color, so I would pay $53k for that color - he said ok and sent me the paperwork.

I hope it works out for you. I finally got mine a few days ago and still can't wipe the smile off my face.

Step one is complete. Sold the ZR1 yesterday......man it was tough.....that car is awesome. I go to pick up a 2015 AGM with 400 miles on it Monday. After several conversations with the current owner it's clear it's a brand new, perfect car. I will post pics once it's in my driveway!

I was at cars and coffee this morning. There was a Gray ZL1 and a black Z/28 parked next to each other. I've been strongly considering selling my C5 Z06 and getting a Zl1, but after today I'm not so sure. I was really surprised at how much lower the Z/28 sits compared to the ZL1.
Iam only interested in silver or gray. What are the chances of scooping up a sub 1k mile silver or gray Z/28 private party? I looked on a few sites and doesn't seem to be much out there.

It corners as hard as any Z06 or ZL1 ever made too. I did a 180 degree turn at 50 mph in my Z/28; it didn't twitch, it didn't roll, it did a 90 degree turn then acted like there was a pin though it on which the car pivoted the rest of the turn perfectly...and zoom zoom zoom we were headed the other way in a twinkling of the eye. I had an owner of a 911GT3-RS in the car with me when I did it; and he came unglued....saying that the car seemed way more composed in that maneuver than his Porsche ever had. (he said Holy Zhit!!!! Did you know it would do that????...Honestly I said Holy Zhit....no!!!!)

God this car makes my blood boil, and I LOVE my Z06 ... but snap crackle pop as you accelerate..and every head turns on the golf course I live off off of as I pull out and turn it loose. It is a brute of a car, completely uncivilized yeaaaa baby!

BTW Red Hot grew on me, as Ashen Grey was my first choice.

Corvettes are everywhere. In my opinion the best American Supercars made today: Z/28, Viper and C7 Z06. Edge goes to the Viper.
