Great news Skip! Can't wait to see you at the fest so we can celebrate!

My daughter just got her 6 months free of the Apendix cancer & the blood cancer has not progressed or regressed so just staying at the same low level. Feeling hopeful.

I really don't know how you survive the COLD winters! It was in the high 70's here today. I took the week off to work on my 86' IROC-Z. For some reason I have a CEL and it won't start! I went to my Chevy dealer yesterday and asked my service adviser to ask his techs if one of them could come to my house and diagnose the CEL?

Hopefully, one of them will want to earn some extra $$$$! I want to get it back on the road again!

Great news Skip, Welker, and Jan.

Three crap days in a row at work. Sorry I haven't checked in, but I haven't been in a social mood.

Thanks and I also think bad weather has that effect on everyone, especially those of us who like to spend a lot of time outside

Did some yard work yesterday after sitting on my butt almost the entirety of my spring break. I needed it & am feeling some better. I have been spending the last few days reading non-stop through years & years of my dad's diary/journal. He wrote a lot about his birth through HS, army & early work age years then started daily journaling. I am now up to 2003. He was 73 at that time. I am amazed & ashamed of myself reading all the hard work he was still doing at that age. He documented every serious illness, hospitalization, injury & death of friends & family. Man, did he have a lot of friends. His parents lived into their 90's & my mom's dad to 101, Mama lived to 75 & my dad to 86. I don't think at the rate we are going down hill, we will make it that long. It is weird reading it all. Sad, joyful and totally addictive. Here are a few pics of our yard work.

So the Spring Turkey Run at Daytona International Speedway started Friday and ended today. They let us drive our cars across the Start / Finish Line and took our pictures. Pictures haven't been posted for sale yet. I will post as soon as I can purchase it. Here's some pics from the event and I took some pics inside my car on the track.
