I think it's really STUPID that we are comparing a ZL1 Camaro to any Honda or Toyota....If you were in the market for a ZL1 in 2012-2013 you got your type of tail lights, If you were like me, wasn't ready to buy one until 2015, then you got the latest version of the tail lights..Unless you wanted a use one...They are what they are...To me it's not a deal breaker...But it is some what disrespectful.

Just for the record, I bought new a 2013 1LE and replaced it with a new 2015 ZL1. So having had both types of tail lights, I prefer the 2014 & 15's refresh style. They give a nod to the 1969 Camaro and make the rear end appear lower and not pinched. Again just my $.02.
