I'm sure when/if you get the solid color on it will look a lot less like a low-low. My sig isn't directed at you or anyone, more of a commentary on the ever present v6 vs v8 threads.

Ahh. I see. A quote as a signature, I was mistaken to its meaning.

Don't like but that's just because I don't like too much going on my car. If you like go for it.

Threw this together on photoshop super fast. It's not perfect but it gives you an idea of what it'd look like. I say go for it!

Aside from my wife, that's the nicest thing anyone has done for me in a while. Thank you for 'shopping that for me. Now I'm wondering if my wife's "cricut" could make the vinyl graphics for me to put on.

Not exactly a highly visible area, discount vinyl had some of the more mopar looking strobed cheap vinyl you find to make into that or maybe get better ideas, I know I have changed the look of Camaro several times and found strobed with flat/matte a PITA when it came to waxing. The used to be like under a search for cheap vinyl stripes Camaro but may not even exist anymore but hey there are tons of places out there. I love my wax-able gradient flame stripes from ACC. Good Luck. And BTW I had rocker stripes at one time that I thought looked nice too..

How big is her cricut? I would have to cut out each piece by itself on mine and painfully lay it out piece by piece lol

Her Cricut is the top of the line newest fangled cutting machine. It can cut up to at least 12" wide (if not 16"-18"). I think the most painstaking part of the process would be inputting the dimensions into the free cut program. I would only have input dimensions once, then flip the design for the other side. Grab some 7 year (however many mil / thickness) vinyl and feed the strip thru the machine. I know we could cut the entire design so that it would be a single strip to lay out on each side. With some soapy water... The application would be the easy part for sure.

Just a quick update. I have been working on measurements and programming them into the computer for download to the cricut machine. This has been a painstaking process. Partially due to my perfectionism. Also on the hunt for the type of vinyl GM uses for the rally stripes and other factory graphics. The process has been slow going. Work has been stupid busy. Been putting in 14 hour days, tomorrow will be day 8 in a row. Praying for Sunday off for some R&R. Will keep yall posted. Any and all further comments ,questions, or suggesting are welcomed and appreciated. Thanks again to everyone in the thread. Cheers.

I kind of like this one

I saw long ago some like that, they are kind of a road runner upper quarter, vinyl places come and go, good luck.

I like the concept but I don't like the last large triangle shaped section. I like are they start out larger towards the front and then the sections become smaller as they move toward the rear but that last large section just doesn't flow. Fix that and it will look awesome, I think the location on the fender is perfect and it will give the illusion of having even more flared rear fenders.

If you come across their white vinyl in your search, please let me know. I've been hunting hard for it to replace the factory stripes on my new spoiler.
