What car did you come from prior to getting a 5th Gen?

First vehicle I bought was a 1990 v6 Chevrolet C1500 swb with a 5-speed manual in June of 2014 for $2,000. Odometer said 298k but it stopped turning. Wrecked it a month later in Dallas, Texas when a Jeep Patriot pulled out in front of me in an intersection. Got it on a trailer the next day and got her home. Put her back together myself, other than the hood and front portion of the frame. Hood was too big to handle myself and frame was bent. If I ever have to deal with that many crappy fender-well bolts again, I'll shoot myself Picked up my 2010 Camaro 1LT in February of this year, put down $2,000 and traded the truck in too.

I got to admit that ST was amazing and wanted a taste of the turbo life but the car I was scared to push the limit on was the Z06. That thing was scary fast, too bad it had title problems so it was best to get rid of it.

This is my second vehicle, but it's my 4th Camaro. I've had a 1983 Camaro z28, 1994 v6, 1995 z28 and now 2013 SS.

My dad has had a 1969 SS, and a 2000 z28 conv.

It was hard to choose between the Camaro or Challenger (I love the look and sound of the new scat pack) but it mainly came down to price.

I've also had a 1991 Pontiac sunfire conv, 1997 chevy blazer, 2012 Kia Sportage, 2014 Kia Sorento, 2014 FJ Cruiser, and now I have another 2014 Kia Sorento for my winter vehicle.

When my sorento dies I'll probably get a Durango R/T or GT.

I traded a Mini Cooper for my Camaro. I got tired of people trying to run over me on the highway and it was a stick so my knee was hurting. I also have a '08 Dodge ram 2500 diesel 4x4.

My Camaro is as much fun to drive as the Mini was. The Mini was surprisingly comfortable to drive seeing as I am 6'2" tall and about 220#. I just wish I wasn't putting so many miles a week on my Camaro (about 400 a week for work alone) being my DD.

1997 Pontiac Grand Prix SE. Was my car through all of high school and college. When we sold it to a guy off craigslist he asked us if the car was dented due to hail damage. Pretty funny to explain to him that the 10+ dents in the car were all from homeruns that found my car during baseball games...LOL

Went from a 2005 gto ibm built.ls3 top end was a fast car after breaking the trans four times I had to move on. Well after I traded it in the kid that bought it broke the trans again got it replaced and the less than a year he destroyed the motor.

I had a 2001 Chevy Blazer ZR2 (in the garage) that had 209k miles on it when I totaled it, and a 2007 Monte Carlo SS that I loved but traded in with the Blazer insurance money. I bought a 2011 Silverado that I put red bowties on before it was popular and I've still got it with 178k miles. Then I got 'Scarlett'.... she drives SO much better than the Monte did... it's night and day.
