My car is on hold for some reason..... I am trying to get in touch with my salesman to find out why. Anyone else have this happen?

Mine arrived this morning in Detroit, the first railcar number was listed"bad car" and I found that it switched railcar numbers before being shipped out, looks like probably another week and a half for me

Tell me about it. It's royally sucked watching everybody with the same TPW progress quickly while I was twiddling my thumbs watching the grass grow. Now I am with ya'll in hoping it delivers quick to make up for it.

well i called the csx number and it says my car number has been delivered in interchange whatever that means. anyone that know? i couldnt understand what the guy said for exact town but i could make out the state and its in Illinois. My ?..... the interchange is that sitting at a rail yard? or is it interchanging to a different rail company like union pacific? it was delivered at 5:33 am anyone that can help id appreciate it!!

yard central ill. should be by doltan, next stop should be walsh junction then st. louis area, then summit mo, then morrison junction mo then finally fairfax kansas, then will be trucked to the dealer.
mine is unloaded and waiting on a truck to pick up

thanks saved_1992, jezz thats going to take like 4 more days just on rail isnt it? seems like they make a stop each day, not going very far thats for sure... or at least it seems like it

My dealer has been very slow to reply back to me on my tracking info so I had to do some investigating on my own. Ended up finding out my VIN and thanks to the help of everyone here I got the in site on how to track the vehicle. My cars sitting over in Chicago and wont be to its final transit until Saturday morning. I just wish I could figure out when the trucking company will get around to dropping it off at the dealership 5 hours away.
I ordered through a family friend in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan even though I'm living in Lansing. Long story short, clunker was up there so it made it easy. The car most likely went by on a train track 10 miles from me... This wait sucks :( |
