ok great guys..thanks for helping me out with this...so now we have the place and time is set at 8am..is the event starting at 9am???if so 8am would be perfect.that gives us time to, like you guys said, mingle a little and plan on the trip..i think since Jekel knows the most about it then ill have him lead the line and ill sink into dead last so i can take it all in and ill probably contact MTI and get someone contact info that way we can call them when we are about to leave and let them know we are coming..the goal isnt just 50 of us the goal is 100% of the attending camaros to meet and ride with us..so now that the time and place is set ima try to PM everyone that has posted to this thread and is coming about the meet and ride. Jekel do you think you can contact the local P.D. and see if they can give us an escort..or if youd rather not do that find me the number and ill call them and inform them of whats going on.. another thing is we might be able to get tran or a moderator to post the info about the meet and drive on the homepage that way more people will see it once they log onto camaro5..that way if we missed anyone theyll know about it..is the Oxford Exchange where the Marriott and the Fairfield are???if so thats great cause a ton of us are staying at the two hotels..im sure it is cause the address of mine sasy oxford.

MTI FUNFEST MEET AND RIDE!!!!

ALL 2010 Camaro drivers attending the MTI FUNFEST are invited and asked to please join us at the Oxford Exchange @ 8 a.m. Oct. 4th (the day of the event) to meet up with fellow Camaro owners and drive together to the Funfest. Everyone is welcome to come, our goal is to get 100% of the total 2010 Camaros attending the event to meet us at the Exchange to drive the 30 min. drive to the track, and go in together. there are already about 50 or so of us attending and we would like to get all of you that havent heard of this yet to attend..this will be an incredible experience and probably the biggest meet and drive thus far, and probably ever for 2010 Camaros. So please, everyone attending join us at the Oxford Exchange 8 a.m. the day of the event to meet and drive together to the event..thanks guys for the help..
