The write up does say the throw is reduced. It does not look anything like what was shown by GM. (to lazy to find it) The one GM showed was the stick itself then some sort of framework around the base shaped like a "Y". This whole thing is interesting to me.

No doubt it looks good, but it sort of camoflauges those beautiful body lines.

That would probably be a stage 5. For the Hurst Challengers, that was $37k OVER the cost of buying the car. Guh.

There was one at the National Hurst Olds meet for Illinois this year. Stage 5, sick...too bad it was an automatic or whatever Dodge has. When I saw this it was before I even heard about Hurst Challengers. I thought it was a joke or something. I'm glad I took a ton of pictures of it, I'll probably never see one on the road in person again, lol.

Yes, the Hurst Challengers are full production vehicles with warranty and avail thru select Dodge dealers. The Hurst Camaro pictured in the renderings here will be a "one off" built for the SEMA scholarship fund and auctioned off. The "production" Hurst Camaro will be unveiled at SEMA . They are 2 different cars.. They silver one show in the thread is the scholarship car, the production vehicle will be shown at SEMA..You will probably see a couple press releases on the production car shortly..8-)
