2011 SS engine and lights shut off while driving
I was turning onto the interstate and took the turn fast. I heard a click and the car and headlights just shut off. I put it in neutral coasting down the on ramp and it started back up when I turned the key. I don't think my knee hit the ignition or anything. Has anyone else had this problem? It drove fine the rest of the way to work.

I've not had the problem, but based on what you described it does sound exactly like the key/ignition issue.

Sounds like a grounding issue. Try tracking down battery leads and starter connections.

Just a heads up the ground in the trunk for the battery is a POS with it just being a bolt through the trunk that's a painted trunk pan and I thoroughly sanded down cleaning up mine as it also has to hold a plastic wiring harness hold down, and your car is at the age where if you do not have a new battery you should.... A grounding problem can come from many places including grounds on the engine which are in several places some going to the fuel injection too.... Good luck.
