Although our taste in color is subjective , your taste in body style is spot on.

Interesting feedback so far....looks like the more than 60% of the responses rate the 1st Gen as their #1 choice and more than 60% rate the 4th Gen is their last choice. There isn't a standout with regard to the rest of the generations for the 2nd thru 5th rankings.

Very easy. For all intents and purposes, these are all pre-refresh, because I've yet to see a refresh on a Camaro that actually made it look better. Gen 2 in particular was way, way too drawn out and was much crappier and uglier by the end of its production due to the impact of the EPA and the fuel crises of the 70s.

1
2
5
6 (Disclaimer: This would go down a spot on the list, but GM offers some options that redeem it a little. Eg: blade spoiler)
3
4

However, that's only going by looks. Considering the cars holistically including reliability and performance from the factory, gen 5 and 6 come out on top by a very wide margin as direct consequence of how American automotive quality finally caught up with the rest of the world after the mid 2000's. I would not want to own or drive a stock 1st gen despite how good it looks.
