Don't sweat dyno numbers. Nothing wrong with stepped headers.

I will continue to work on her.

IATs were pretty high. 90 degrees ambient, i drove 1 hour to get there and we made 3 pulls before he found 11.6 AFR and flirted with knock at peak.

I forgot to ask what the IATs were.... we made the pulls pretty close together.

Not really freaked out....the car feels awesome to drive. It pulls hard, feels faster than my last 617rwhp M6 gen5.....maybe its the stickier tires.... we will see what old Mr. ET and Sir Trap say.

What was your boost? Are you sure your boost valve is set correct? I'd would have expected more. Interesting for sure...

10lbs boost solid thru the pull.

On gauge and in the logs.

Valve was set with precision

Yeah, saw you used the tool 'o).

For those wondering, I'm at 10 PSI (2.45 pulley), ported/milled heads, ported blower and snout, VVT SS1 cam and I'm @ 645/605 (to the wheels, heat soaked blower), auto, so that may be why Jack was expecting more.

Before I ported and pullied down, i was at 590/525 to the wheels on 6 PSI stock pulley...

Boost is a measure of restriction and not necessarily will it mean more power...

Oh yea man, you were spot on..... it is super fun, and for how I plan to use it.... she is perfect for street brawling....1/8 mile stuff......assuming I make her stick on the hit.

2800 stall with a PD blower...... she is going to smack the tires HARD.

I need to put my MTs on and give it a go, see how the traction is... bet it's fun!

Don, you are correct, i wanted a heat soaked blower to have a closer comparison to you.

I have factory drivetrain behind the converter so that might matter some. Driveshaft, Posi 3.23 etc...

Im curious what a different cam might do for power / boost.

what is your exhaust setup again?

Thanks

Also worth noting,

Dons blower is spinning at a 3.18 ratio.... and at 9-10.... clearly flowing EXTREMELY well in comparison.

Im spinning 2.886 ratio at 10lbs

The good news... I got plenty of stuff to mess with to keep me busy! Just wished I owned the dyno

Manga flows, H-pipe 2.5". Headers are SW 1 7/8 with off roads.

I do have the DSS CF Driveshaft and all the suspension mods to tighten up the slop in the rear. It may help some. Did you keep the 2.75 pulley on (don't remember). If so, your numbers are very close to what I had...

I have the 3.04 upper on, 10lbs boost at 2.886 ratio

2.75 makes 12lbs boost on my setup, at a 3.149 ratio. Decided not to use the 2.75 for now....really just ran out of time.
