Apex Motorsports - Where did they go?

Sorry if this has already been discussed and I missed it, but what ever happened to Apex Motorsports? They used to post like crazy on the boards and had some great tech info. Their website is just pretty much a shell so I'm assuming they went out of business.

Yeah, they just closed up shop. They stopped shipping products, stopped supplying vendors, and we never heard from them again.

They just disappeared. I always wondered what officially happened whether they came up short on funds or suffered some big loss at their facility, or some other reason. Chase always wrote great reviews and how to's.

I actually had really good experiences with them so it was sad when I started seeing threads from people saying not to spend money on the website anymore

Glad I ordered from them when I did - got a good price and damn good service.
Shame they're gone, but from what I hear on here they really started slipping at the end and then blinked out of existence.

I have one of those on my car, is it considered a rare relic now?

They Catch Can they were trying to sell, was a direct copy of our design

They used to sell our Catch Can, then copied the design and sold it as their own.

Word is, many vendors and customers were out a lot of $$

Does this mean that a copyright lawsuit added to their abrupt demise?
