That blower is capable of supporting 700+ RWHP but from here on up the HP doesn't come cheap. You have options though, some more expensive than others. You can stay on 93, pulley swap to 13 psi and add meth for detonation protection. The extra 3 psi and meth tuned properly should get you about 100 HP and honestly that would come fairly cheap compared to other options.
You could also go with E85 but that is not such a cheap conversion because you will need a lot of fuel system changes to support it, but that also will get you about 90 HP. You can keep what you have for a while and make some tweaks, possibly port the blower outlet, etc. The whole "ping" thing you were describing during the dyno sort of bothers me. Another good case for the meth injection because I had the same issue and the meth totally stopped that! Good luck, and keep us posted with your progress!

Mark, I did a Jokerz port of the snout to 90mm max effort, and port of the rotor pack area only. Then did the 2.45 griptek pulley with ID850s. I am running triple HXs in parallel and dual Varimax pumps, which help with the heat soak. Brett recommended going that route. I did add Mylar on the valley cover to reduce rotor pack heat transfer.

Ok. He recommended stage 3 for me. So I'm going that route.

We talked about doing the runners, but he felt it was overkill. Just the rotor pack area and snout to 90MM and max effort port. He said I wouldn't see any gains if I ported the runners (which I believe is his stage 4 port). I believe what he did for me is considered a 'stage 3' when you port the snout (max effort), do a '90mm', and port the blower pack area -- I'd have to check if that is still his stage 3 port. He changed his porting stages after we talked, so I'm guessing its now the stage 3 port. The blower breaths VERY well, and I can't get over the HUGE increase in RWTQ. Can't speak any higher with his porting skills... Sorry Jack -- for the high-jacking of your thread ;o) -Don
