It's not automatic. You have to post your order number (with a punctuation after it, like NNXJ6N.) A Camaro5 member, The Viz, will then check. He's very busy so it may take a day or so to get a response. Sometimes GM's system is down. But, he will respond! You might read the very first post in this thread too.
