Need a little more info....what have you done to your car?
The first are lean codes....the latter is oil pressure sensor I think.

Has the car been modified in any way like long tube headers or anything. P0171 is bank one sensor running lean, p0174 is bank two sensor running lean, p0523 is oil pressure sensor high input says it could be caused by a loose wire or a bad sensor or by running wrong engine oil. You can google the codes by typing the code by typing it in the google search bar example type in p0171 chevy. Sorry i can't be of more help but i am not a mechanic. Good luck i hope you get your car issue fixed so that you can drive and enjoy it.

Not sure what, exactly, you changed on your exhaust but if you did headers or high flow catalytic converters, there could be an issue with the electrical components, either not connected correctly or perhaps the wiring is getting burned on a pipe.

Also maybe an issue with PCV system causing high pressure in the crank case as well as causing the o2 sensors to read lean.

We really need to know what specifically you changed on the exhaust. Did you install a catback system? Do you have headers? Did you remove or gut the cats?

Cool. Sounds like we eliminated the exhaust.
Also might check check connections on 02's....and check plugs and wires....check intake connections on intake tube and clean your maf. Just trying to eliminate some simple causes.
Otherwise, find a dealer and get a proper diagnoses.

So many things can cause a lean condition. Anything from a vacuum leak to an exhaust leak to bad O2 sensor to clogged injectors or MAF needs cleaning. In my experience which is limited, I had a Chevy 5.3 with 100k miles that had a vacuum leak caused by a bad intake manifold gasket. I think the Ls3 and L99 has a much better intake manifold gasket than the gen 3 5.3L so that probably isnt your problem.

I'd do some clening and testing before you start replacing stuff. Others can help if I miss some things too...

1. Clean and test the MAF sensor.
2. Test fuel pressure.
a. If low or erratic, change the fuel filter first
b. If that doesn't help, pull the injectors and test them to see if they are clogged and give them a good cleaning or replace them if you don't get a good spray pattern.
3. Do a smoke test for vacuum leaks. If you see smoke, replace the bad gasket or hose.
4. If you put headers on or did anything to the exhaust pre cats, then look for excessive leaks (little leaks typically don't through codes). A bad exhaust manifold gasket will show signs of soot around the exhaust port. If you have non-GM gaskets, I recommend swapping them for OEM gaskets as they typically outperform cheaper ones that often come in lower cost Header kits.
5. Check the O2 sensors last if something above doesn't fix it. 99% of the time it wont be an O2 sensor if you aren't getting a fault code for an O2 sensor as well.

This can be a daunting task to fix these codes for sure. If you do the work yourself, there are a ton of youtube videos that will show you how to do each of these steps above without any specialized tools or expensive machines.
Good luck and let us know how it goes.
