The easiest way to tell if you have a V6 or a V8 is to look at your engine cover, one on the left is V6 engine cover, one on the right V8. Hope this helps

Just look for the mail slot if it has one it's a V8 if not it's a V6 only on 10-13 models

Dito +1 The reason I said something about the engine covers is because, some people change the front bumpers on V6 camaros and put V8 bumpers on.
