I found this one for sale, is this the one that has the problem of flying off at 60mph..I believe it came off a 2012.

That is the second generation cover. There should be two button like retainers that the two nylon bungies would hook onto.

no when top is down you can feel/see nubs.

If your wind restrictor is like mine, it attaches between the back of the body and the pins. This leaves the pins available to hook the cover to. That is the style cover that came with my 2014, in which has never come off at any speed.
