NEED help badly

So lets start out with i have a 2012 camaro with a t76 precision turbo (rear mounted) on a drive about a month ago i came home and seen the turbo was blowing oil out the exhaust so I pulled the turbo had it rebuilt changed the return line and bought a new scavenger pump. Now i have reinstalled the turbo lines and pump the turbo is still blowing oil out the exhaust i am getting some oil from the return line but it is more like sputters not a steady stream. Also now my stable-track and check engine lights are on? does anyone know what this could be or know of a shop in San Diego that will work on a non California legal car Im in the military and I am registered in Oklahoma so dont have the right emitions for out here.

Have you tried adding a bigger restrictor?
Precision recommended for me to do that because I kept burning oil
