Can you test at least the top 3 CAI's on the V6 too please so we know what it does for us?

And not to spoil the fun but would just "flowbench" testing in a lab not give more accurate and stable results (measured in flow, pressure, turbulence etc)?

Possibly.

And No, Flow bench does nothing for this test because there is no mass air meter or engine to affect.

This is the best way to test these systems that I know of.

Ted.

Wow, props to Revolution, ADM, and LMR for your confidence in your products. No hesitation, no excuses. I know my intake will probably be one of your three just based on your confidence. It's funny to see the other guys squirming, Especially the 2SSRS guy speaking on behalf of Vararam??, personally attacking Ted's credibility and the tone of your posts. Uncalled for. Ted certainly sounds like he knows what hes talking about, and you obviously didn't read all the posts because he explained how they would all be tested on the same playing field, with a blank ECM. So if thats a disadvantage, they will all be equally disadvantaged. Would have looked better just keeping your mouth shut, now you've put a mark on Vararam's face.

I am amazed that New Era and Vararam hasn't sent something...this could really increase their sales if they won...or really hurt their sales if they lost...(Maybe that is why they haven't been able to provide one)

I know Vararam only has a few beta versions out there...but if they were serious then why not call one of the betas back in so they could ship it out for this testing?

Hood Closed

Please do the dyno runs with the hood closed and lets see how much these CAI kits really make.

its a great idea, but whats the point when all the CAI's except the one from gm,will void your waranty! which i dont agree with since there all the same for the most part, some make a little more than others, but none are so different that GM should void your waranty.
