Been sitting on the fence for this one myself

Never been to the State Fair so not sure what I'd do all day.

You'll spend ungodly amounts of money on crap you should never eat and BEER! Its like a really expensive day at Six Flags or Fiesta Texas...but with 2010 Camaro's of coarse!

So, I got my letter from Millie today... it had some cards to share with other F-body owners & the Association sticker. That's it.

Is the sticker ALL we need to get into the fair? Or am I missing something?

There is SO much to do & see.... it's amazing!! But...you WILL spend a pretty penny - fer sure!! There are tons of FREE stuff to do & see, but tons of stuff that costs pretty good too!! There's the new car Auto show, a midway (carnival games), Midway Rides, Food, Food, more Food. Go to their website... bigtex.com (I think).... it'll show you all the things goin' on.

There should be a parking pass included. All the event info is up on the TFBA site...directions, etc. Camaros will be divided up into two car corrals where they will be on display. We can go it, but the general public can not. The public will look at them but can't get to them.

That is just the membership packet,that is not the stuff for the fair.

Well....I finally figured it out!!! Just because you "join" the TFBA doesn't automatically get you what you need for entrance to the State Fair.

You have to go to the "Memeber's Only" site on their website & print out TWO forms.... then (since time is running out) FAX them to Millie.... ASAP. Otherwise, she won't have time to get you the PARKING PASS you MUST have for entrance.

So...anyone that's planning on goin' to the State Fair... better get over the the TFBA's website & get those forms in to Millie!!

I'll be staying at the Hotel De Evil RS.... it's a fairly swank joint on the northwest side of town. Sadly, the accommodations are full.
