One question, has there been any problems with the Mach X tripping any computer codes after installation?

no...don't see it being a problem. You're not touching the O2's or the cats.

Why would you guys buy a system that is 2 1/2" when your stock is 2 3/4". With the mods that Iam going to do to the car 3" is best. With the 2 1/2 you are going to choke it down, might be ok if your going to leave it stock but who does that.

thanks for your valuable input...BUT...the stock system IS 2.5"

Unless you're doing a cam swap and/or going with boost, 2.5" is fine...and this system DOES add power over stock, just ask those who've installed it.

Sorry the low output Camaros have the 2 1/2 the High out put has the 2 3/4. If you have 2 1/2 on it now just go with the axle back. Anything aftermarket is going to add power, for 95% of the people here it will be more than enough.

mmmm what? The SS has 2.5" pipes....and as of now, there is no (stock) higher-output camaro than that. Most aftermarket kits are 2.5" as well.

The L99 is 400HP and the LS3 is 426hp, Most after market kits are making them for both.

No issues with over 1 month and about 1500 miles!

I see I can't win this argument.

ALL SS CAMARO'S COME STOCK W/ 2.5" EXHAUST. The L99's have an extra resonator to help cover up the AFM sound. Most aftermarket kits for both the L99 and LS3's are 2.5" with the exception of MBRP and some magnaflow's (may be others as well).

The Stock is 2.5" on the SS...........unless you are changing headers and cats, it is perfect. The flow is way more held back by the cats than the size of the pipe!
