Getting my 3.91's tomorrow

I read somewhere that when swapping gears, the computer will correct for the 3.91's and won't need a computer tweek. Is this right?

The car won't correct for the new gear, your tuner or the dealer can.

My dream car is correct. It has to be recalibrated by the dealer or your tuner.

You’ll love it. The 3.91 has been my favorite mod.

Couldnt agree with you more , the rear gears was by far the best thing I ever did, add the eaton tru tec to it and the car finally felt like a 400 plus hp car

A good stall converter will give even better gains yet. That and a good tune.

I got my gears. I haven't gotten on them real hard but I can tell a difference. It isn't near what 4.11's did for my '68 but I like them so far.

Get on them.....I went from the shop to the track. About 1.5 hours drive. Let the car cool for an hour or so then hammer down. Zero problems. Breakin isnt thst big a deal.
