Katskin customer service sucks. Sent an email on repair work, no response.

They usually ask to contact dealer you purchased from for warranty work assistance.

Katzkin doesn't sell direct to public only through dealers.

Just outside of warranty, would pay for repair. even go to the selling GM dealer if I had to. A response would have been nice. :(

Agreed. A response is always nice instead of being left hanging.

It is, sorry to hear they didn't get back to you. Normally Katzkin has awesome customer service and really stands behind their work! I believe the warranty period is pretty firm though so if after warranty period they wouldn't be covered but a reply certainly would be nice!

I have red and black katzkins in my Sierra and there great look better than factory IMO .

fyi ...Katzkin doesn't offer any custom headrest stitching SS,RS etc. as they are not GM licensed. Too bad. You need to get them embroidered elseware.
