Supercharger trunk tank questions

Im wanting to get a 5 gallon trunk tank for my maggie 2300 jackshaft. Will the bosch pump under the hood be enough to flow coolant to the trunk and back or need 2 or different pump and or pumps, what side lines from front to rear of car. Where would these 2 hoses tie into my existing plumbing. Where would these 2 hoses be ran exactly under the car. Does the front stock intercooler stay or go away. Sorry of so many questions

I believe Biggfoot may have some experience with this kind of setup. He may chime in.

See his mention in the sale of his previous setup.

The best setup is to have a bilge pump inside of the trunk tank, pumping the cold ice water into the blower. It should be routed as follows: trunk tank/blower/heat exchanger/front pump then pumps back the hot water/coolant and you drain it and fill back with ice, then repeat.

This is my daily driver so it will be fill with just extra coolant no ice since i dont drag or track my car. Will the 1 bosch pump work or add another 1 to the system. Any pros or cons to having a bigger coolant system especially for light to light racing or hwy pulls.

I still have the stock heat exchanger, is that ok or do i need to get a bigger one or add fans to the stock one. Car hasnt been dynoed yet just taking steps to maximize everything before i do get it tune. It is a 408 stroker with a maggie 2300 jackshaft with od cog and 2.9 sc pulley and ati 6% overdrive balancer, ls3 ported heads, btr pds blower stage 3 cam, 1400cc injectors, fore dual pumps with e85 flex sensor, 1 gallon expansion tank under hood already. 10.1 compression. Not sure if this combo with be overspinning the maggie or not but wanna be ready on the cooling system

Not a Maggie, but I have dual varimax pumps with 3 heat exchangers running in parallel, ported LSA Supercharger, 2.45 upper pulley, 9.17 lower (18%), air dams, and I do road race...works for me...

Heat exchangers:

3 hx and with the Ron Davis upgrade

Coolant mix:

100% distilled with water wetter

Also, keep in mind, E85 runs cooler. It won’t cool IAT temps, but will cool cylinder temps. Less knock chance, less timing pulled... and you can tune for E85s benefits...

I have a SS sedan, but I thought my install might be of some use to you. I ran the bosch pump when I used a under hood reservoir. The trunk tank comes with a built in bilge pump, so I removed the bosch pump.
