First I must say, this car has allowed me to meet so many cool people. I don't believe any other car I have owned (including the Mustang) has blessed me with that. How can a car have such power?

Today, a complete stranger came to my house. Yes, the Camaro sitting in the driveway was the reason. My boyfriend Lance answered the door to what turned out to be a fellow Camaro owner. He did not know us, so it goes to show what bond us Camaro owners have. Any who, he states that he had some red out decals for the bowties, which were a mistake (color). He happened to drive by and saw my red car in the driveway. Out of the kindness of his heart, he thought we might be able to use them. How awesome is that?
He saw that I already had the black ones, but still gave the red ones to us any how.

I did not get a chance to thank this person for being so thoughtful. I know you own a black with orange stripes and live very close to me (Hillsdale).

If you are reading this, thank you. That was a very awesome gesture.

Yes i agree with this post. A fellow camaro5 member blacked out my bowties for me on thursday for free. I bought the stuff off of ebay and tried to do it myself and messed it up and he offered to do it for me for free. I love the way it looks, Thanks Paul so much for doing my bowties

Agreed, and every 5th gen Camaro owner I've seen driving/met have either waved or said hi or given some kind of gesture, it's really cool to see how a car can bring so many people together.

When I'm in my Camaro I meet a lot of cool people. But if I'm driving anything else, like my work truck, I have ran into a lot of a-hole owners that won't give me the right time of day. Almost all of them are older guys who don't believe I have a Camaro. I'm 25 by the way.

I agree. The first night out in my car, a guy in a convertible Vette all but stood up and high fived me as we passed.

I had a guy run as fast as he could to my car at a stop light letting me know he has seen me drive by and wanted to see my car because he just ordered one himself and wanted to take a look. The guy was super nice.
