Received an update from Chevrolet Connects today:

04/12/2011 - (4B00) Your car is bayed and is waiting for transportation by truck, rail or transfer to vendor.
04/12/2011 - (4800) Rail ramp unload. Vehicle has been unloaded from train.

I'm hoping this means it was unloaded at a train station here in Washington. If so, I might take delivery of my baby this weekend... YAY!

I'll send the update over to my sales guy and let him know I probably don't need the Rail Car # anymore.

Awesome! Mine has reached a rail terminal about 2 hours away. Hopefully I'll be seeing mine within the next week at most.

My sales guy texted me @ around 1pm today... my baby is @ the dealership and ready for me to drive home tonight!

This work day can't end any quicker! Pics to come as soon as I take them!

Got phone call from salesperson last night at 5:00pm, she said my car is in. But they need a couple of days to get it ready. Should be able to get it Saturday. Forecast for next six days is rain!

I'm horrible for not posting any pics! I, like many others, didn't have the patience to take a picture - I just wanted to get in and get to driving

Really upset! Went to dealer to see car, When I walked through the door they said what do I think and I said that there are some things missing. To which they replied, we didn't know if you still wanted the stripes on or not. Maybe that's why I ordered them!!!!!! So, naturally they have a new sales manager since I ordered the car in December, and he tells me they quit putting the stripes on at the factory, the dealers have to do it. I exploded!!!! So now, they are putting stripes on for free because they didn't order it with stripes, and I will not have documentation that they were ordered for the factory. my DEALER sucks!

Yeah, they should be giving you at least $500.00 off for that crap. "They don't put them on at the factory anymore." Did they really think you would believe that BS?
