Just got a call from GM with a TPW of 28 Feb. Anyone else with a TPW for this week?

17 Jan placed the order
2000 Order Accepted by Chevrolet (27 Jan 2011)
3000 Order Accepted by Production Control, TPW 28 Feb (11 Feb 2011)

Hey Dave,

I'm with ya. My wonderful salesman at Bill Estes Chevy checked for me when I was in the service dept this morning. Yeah got a new home!!

Thanks for the welcome "panther2469".

This forum is addictive. I'm on here 5 to 6 time a day looking for updates on the convertible. Being from Canada, and GM not having any vehicle tracking websites for us Canadians makes it hard to get any update on our vehicles.

Lucky for me I have a great contact at GM in Oshawa and he calls me every week or so with updates.

I've heard from somewhere in this forum that GM produces 60 convertibles an hour. I find that hard to believe but who am I to know any different. I will keep following your updates because mine should be going through the same process as yours.

12/20/2010 - (2030) Order edited or modified
02/07/2011 - (2000) Order Accepted by GM Dealer used allocation to place order into production
02/09/2011 - (2500) Order Preferenced Order pulled to the production system
02/09/2011 - (3000) Order accepted by production control. Parts being ordered and production process is underway.
02/17/2011 - (3100) Order available to sequence.

What a way to start the weekend. Anybody else???????

There was a message on my phone from my contact at GM yesterday when I got home from work. He wanted me to call him back because he had some updated info for me. I had a window of one hour before he left for the day to contact him. I kept getting his voice mail. I will try and call him this morning. Hopfully some good news today.
