Dude, weather or not this mod net you 5 or 50, I have to take my hats off to you for even having the balls to take a grinder to your heads while it's still on the car. Looking nice. Too bad you don't have a dyno close to you because I would have loved to see what the result looked like. Good job!

I just blended the first inch to inch and a half on the heads so that the air flow wasn't hitting a solid wall.
If the heads were off of the car I would have done a much better job but I just wanted to ease the edge.

Feel free to ask any questions that come to mind.

I will be selling the first intake that I ported.

What sounds fair? I've thought of two options.

1) just set a price that takes in to account what I paid and my labor porting it.

2) let people PM me bids for a week and highest bidder gets it.

I have no Idea what V-Max will be selling for or what type of work or gains they'll have so it makes it an interesting deal for all parties involved.

I can say that it makes a difference that you can feel. You won't be left wondering if it made a difference. It seems to get better after about 100 miles, similar to the ported throttle body.

I don't have any dyno charts or 1/4 times but IMO it makes a bigger difference than the V-Max throttle body. Where the throttle body gives improved throttle response and adds a little more power, I think this adds even more power and does not diminish the throttle response at all.

Thanks guys!

I hope to get a dyno run some day but I just bought the baddest bike on the streets and it needs an exhaust and some other goodies.

And about the heads being on the car still. I was a little scared but if I posted the right pics you should be able to see the plastic bag stuffed down the intake and then modeling clay sealing it off.
I oiled the intakes first so the clay wouldn't stick and then I wiped them out with WD-40 after I was done.
