Camaro part is next, I can't wait....!!!!!

:EDIT: man I love the 8 seconds back button on my DVR remote. That s turn shot made me drool. That silver SS with the black stripes looks menacing and the lower grill is smaller that all the pictures have made it look.

Pretty good show, I liked seeing some of those old commercials too...

The interview with the customers at the Toyota dealership is typical thinking of people, I have owned GM cars since 1969, and NEVER had any Knobs fall off...never had one rust out, my 89 Chevy truck I had for 9 years and it never had one spot of rust show up even in places where the paint was scraped in the bed. Yet my in-laws had a 1976 Toyota Corolla that the whole bottom rusted out in 5 years... Quality, sheesh.... maybe I have been lucky, but you would think after owning 35 GM cars I would have gotten a lemon or two...( closest thing I had to a lemon was a 71 Vega, but I still put 50,000 miles on it is 3 years, nothing ever fell off of it either... just started using oil around 40K then I traded it for a 74 Camaro... I miss that car)

I've owned about 20 GM vehicles and never had those problems either. Of course I never bought anything from them during the late 70s or mid 80s.Just didn't see anything to get excited about. Did buy a new 96 model truck that I still have. Only one knob came off, and that was because the kids couldn't keep thier feet off the dash.

They're re-running it starting at 10PM Sunday night... I just searched on my DVR... it's being re-ran more than once on Sunday.

Of course the marketing side doesn't hurt either.
Chances are, they also chose him because he actually was in Australia last December. Based on his schedule, that appears to be when the footage of him was shot.

Yeah him and his buddies went there I saw an interview with him where he was talking about the party life down under..

I am going to make a DVD of the entire show after I edit out all the commercials.

Thanks so very much for posting the camaro piece!!!!

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!!!

I know they only mentioned the roof height arguments. I like the fact that GM encourages that kind of debate. I'm sure that happened with a lot of other design changes.

Very cool!

I think the point they were trying to make with that was how hard they're testing the car to get it right.

Okey, pretty nice stripes...but to close together and to far back! I'm hoping for Bumblebee edition for good stripes or it's going to be aftermarket.

I think the stripes look pretty good. Although, they are just a tad bit too far back, but it may be easier for them if they keep the stripes confined to the hood only, instead of extending onto the bumper... Who knows...

I work with such a person. Toyota is GOD to him. I am slowly convincing him that I know more about what I am saying than he does.
